| The Tao Chapter 76 – My Fourth Interpretation|

Nature teaches the lesson of the soft and the rigid.

A leaf with life in it is soft. It bends, is pliable and can adapt to fit its surrounding. While the leaf can be molded, it is still a leaf, true to its original self.

On the contrary, in death it is hard, dry and breakable. The leaf with no life is a shell of its former self and serves the grave.

Learn from the leaf. Will you be a follower of life or a disciple of death?

Inflexibility serves the grave. Pliability is a celebration of life.

Be soft, supple and flexible as a part of being alive.
