Letting Go is a Choice

Feelings of upset are residuals of the past. Worry, anger fear, depression, etc. arise with an experience and lingers after the moment has passed. Thoughts that create the feeling of upset are objects that can be released. They obstruct your clear sight from the fact that you can choose new thoughts. They continue to hold meaning because you continue to hold the feeling of upset. You can choose to let go.

In the spirit of the Tao, remember that how you choose to see, colors your reality.

Today in moments of upset, choose to see that it is a passing moment and you have the option to let go of the thought that is creating the upset.

In 2018, I read and reflected on the Tao Te Ching,and shared daily inspirations to inspire improved wellbeing. After my fifth reading, I transitioned to A Course in Miracles. Now, we continue our wellbeing journey together with ACIM in a Tao state of mind.
