| The Tao Chapter 76 – My Interpretation |
Nature provides a template success.
The petal of rose in bloom is tender and supple. The touch of a newborn’s skin is warm and soft. Yet, life removed from the petal makes it crumble from dryness and death makes the body stiff and unyielding.
Therefore, live as the example of life, and bloom. Otherwise you suffer being broken when you follow the model of death.
Being inflexible you will break, but success follows the one yields.
As I read Stephen Mitchell’s translation of the Tao Te Ching daily, I reflect and document my interpretation with the intention of living the Tao.
Note: If you choose to use the link above to get a of the Tao, I will receive a small portion of the proceeds to contribute to my work. The purpose of this post is not for you to buy the Tao. That is your choice. The purpose is to share my inspiration. That is my intention.
