Opposite judgements create perceived standards. For example, beautiful and ugly, easy and difficult, long and short. The judgement of one allows the existence of the opposite.

But how does labeling serve the benefit of all?

Observe without labeling. Witness without judging. Work without attachment. Give without expectation.

The intention of acts is lasting when they are free from perceptions and labels.

LIVING THE TAO: Today, focus on releasing expectations of others.
