| The Tao Chapter 15 – My Fifth Interpretation|

In the process of mastering the art and science of joyful living, suffering is lifted as ease and grace are ushered in.

Consider this disposition:
-be deliberate in word and deed.
-be observant of life’s synchronicities
-be gracious to others
-be flexible in thought
-be moldable for growth
-be accepting of what is
-be honest with yourself for the true you to be seen
-be patient, allowing circumstance to be resolved in their time.

Are you able to sit in stillness as the water clears or let go of your expectations of others?

Stop trying to control anything. This is the way to welcome in joyful living.

LIVING THE TAO: If you are worried, ask yourself, “what am I trying to control that is out of my control?” Identify the thing and accept the situation for what it is. Let go to decrease your suffering.

My 2018 focus is to intentionally live the Tao Te Ching. This is my fifth reading of Stephen Mitchell’s translation. I share my daily interpretations hoping to inspire you to do the same.
