Don’t be fooled: smooth-spoken words aren’t necessarily the truth, and words spoken with integrity can have sharp edges. Wisdom needs no defense.

The wise know it is better to help than hoard. The more you give, the wealthier you become.

Here is the blessing to you from life’s flow: it guides you without coercion as you surrender to its path.

This is the Tao.

As I read Stephen Mitchell’s translation of the Tao Te Ching daily, I reflect and document my interpretation with the intention of living the Tao. Today was the final chapter, and tomorrow I begin again.
