The demand for others to change in response to your mistake will yield nothing other than more mistakes.

Own your choice from the decision point through to its outcome.

Blaming is not the way of a Master.

A true Master self-corrects without demands from others. This was her path to becoming a Master.

LIVING THE TAO: Today, in the moment of deciding ask yourself, am I fully prepared to own the consequences of this choice whether they be pleasant or upsetting? If you can honestly say yes, then move forward. Own your results before they happen.

My 2018 focus is to intentionally live the Tao Te Ching. This is my third reading of Stephen Mitchell’s translation. I share my daily interpretations hoping to inspire you to do the same.
