Allowing your journey to unfold according to life’s flow is work of the heart and not the mind.

Surrendering is irrational to the mind and attempts to let go using your intellect are futile.

Yet allowing the heart to lead, rather that the mind, is so easy.

Decide it is how you choose to live and let it be so.

The desire, ability, and power to live in alignment with life’s flow are already inside of you. It is up to you to simply decide.

LIVING THE TAO: Today, when a challenging moment arises, take a breath remaining conscious of the deep inhale and exhale. Continue until you feel an internal change then ask, do I have everything I need to be alive in this moment. The answer will certainly be yes. Decide then, to let go and allow the situation to take its course.

My 2018 focus is to intentionally live the Tao Te Ching. This is my second reading of Stephen Mitchell’s translation. I share my daily interpretations hoping to inspire you to do the same.
