As long as there is life, its flow can never be depleted. Like the continuously expanding universe with phenomena always occurring, life’s flow is infinite with limitless potential.

Though your senses cannot perceive it, it exists nonetheless.

Though you may not comprehend it, it works on your behalf. How do I know this? You are alive.

This thing called the flow of life was before you and it will still be, after you.

LIVING THE TAO: Today, take a few moments of silence to consider the vastness of the universe, then its elements, then the planets, the world, your country, your city, block, home, then the place where your feet are. Take it all in and embrace that you are a part of this vastness.

My 2018 focus is to intentionally live the Tao Te Ching. This is my third reading of Stephen Mitchell’s translation. I share my daily interpretations hoping to inspire you to do the same.
