The more inclusive the leader, the more at ease the people are about the environment they are co-creating.

The leader’s centered wisdom leads to decisions that benefit the health of the whole.

The leader’s balanced actions contribute to the sincere engagement of all.

When the people enjoy their leader, they enjoy their work and the fruit of it. When the people enjoy their work, they are fulfilled.

The mindful, caring leader influences a culture of mindfulness and care.

Leadership influences wellbeing.

As I read Stephen Mitchell’s translation of the Tao Te Ching daily, I reflect and document my interpretation with the intention of living the Tao.
