When you are firm in your knowing about who you are, you also know there is no need to convince anyone. You are a whole, complete and powerful being whose power emanates from within. Your presence speaks for you.

Release yourself from the stress you’ve created. Settle your mind from worry. Let go of proving your worth. Calm and inner power are your original state.

Allow yourself to arrive at the place where external labels and judgements do not shape you. Your true nature was shaped long before you were named. Live in that truth.

LIVING THE TAO: What are you trying to prove? Whose expectations are you living up to? If you are seeking external approval, you are creating unnecessary stress for yourself, so simply stop. Know that you are already whole, complete and powerful and live from there.
