Leading with a true sense of your inner power renders controlling others with fear and intimidation needless.

When you push, there is pushback. When you allow growth, others blossom.

The wise leader knows there is no need to dominate because she knows the source of her power.

The confident leader knows there is no need to compete because she knows her value is rare.

Because she is accepting, she is accepted.

She leads from within because she is one with her inner power.

In knowing her true self, she is secure.

LIVING THE TAO: Do you find yourself leading by control? Not only is that stress producing to yourself and those you lead, it is counter productive. Get to know and understand your inner power. The more you do, the better your leadership.
