There is a great thread through which all things are connected. The Flow that we call the flow of life lives in that thread and binds all things.

The universe, the earth, then man—the thread runs through them all, making the wholeness of one dependent on the wholeness of them all.

Life’s flow moves through them all. The universe is still and allows it. The earth, without ego, allows it. It is for man to simply be and allow it.

This way oneness can be made real through man.

LIVING THE TAO: Today, consider doing this brief exercise with your eyes closed.
1.     Inhale deeply and visualize universe.

2.     Exhale. Let it all out.

3.     Inhale deeply and see the earth existing in the universe.

4.     Exhale. Let is all out.

5.     Inhale deeply and see you existing on the earth.

6.     Exhale. Release.

7.     Inhale deeply and see the great thread that connects us all to the universe.
