The Tao Chapter 43 – My Interpretation
Hold your tongue from professing your greatness.
More is accomplished with the presence of your true nature.
When pure, your character—who you are, your beingness—will do the work for you.
Be great when performing the tasks that you must, and your greatness will be professed.
The wise know, being is better than doing.
As I read Stephen Mitchell’s translation of the Tao Te Ching daily, I reflect and document my interpretation with the intention of living the Tao.
