Instead of assuming a posture of having answers, position yourself as a seeker. This way you model the value of keeping the doorway to learning open.

Those with all answers cannot be taught, but those whose doorways remain open are seekers who find.

Leadership is not synonymous with knowing or having all. Knowing all complicates the path. Knowing nothing opens the door to discovery.

Assume the posture of knowing nothing and allow life’s truths to surge.

As I read Stephen Mitchell’s translation of the Tao Te Ching daily, I reflect and document my interpretation with the intention of living the Tao.
