Be A Model of Authenticity

| The Tao Chapter 28 – My Second Interpretation |

A child loves her parents without condition. Despite the flaws of their human beingness, each is loved completely. It is Spirit connecting to Spirit. That is the root of such pure love. The result is a journey with grace. Love the world this way and the fruit of compassion is always yours.

Choose to live as such an example and with each day something grows within. The something is the connection of you to your Soul. Your awareness of who you are amplifies and so does your internal power. With this, you can accomplish the impossible.

Be accepting of things as they are; hold inner peace regardless of the experience and your awareness of how life is happening for your benefit is illumined.

Choose to embody the lesson of the wise; nothing is wasted. All experiences serve you. Seek to understand that; your strength will grow and you will walk your path with grace.

LIVING THE TAO: Today, consider someone who irritates you, and try to see the Divine (God) in them. As you communicate, talk to that part of them. Then notice if compassion is growing inside. You will increase in seeing the connection in all things while shining even more brightly.

My 2018 focus is to intentionally live the Tao Te Ching. This is my second reading of Stephen Mitchell’s translation. I share my daily interpretations hoping to inspire you to do the same.
