The Tao Chapter 11 – My Interpretation
Part 1
Your life begins at your core. There is where your Higher Self—your true power—resides.
Part 2
We shape clay into a pot, but it is the emptiness inside that holds whatever we want…We work with being, but non-being is what we use.
All physical forms shape around a space and the space serves a purpose. A vase holds flowers to display nature’s beauty. A plate holds food as I nourish my body. A pen holds ink so I may communicate.
All physical form shapes space with purpose.
I shape space for God to work through me.
As I read Stephen Mitchell’s translation of the Tao Te Ching daily, I reflect and document my interpretation with the intention of living the Tao. I interpreted today’s yesterday and today, hence the two part interpretation.
