You’ll Always Have This

Before continuing, stop now and take 3 deep breaths.

Deep inhale feeling your abdominal fill forward and keeping your shoulders from rising upward. Deep exhale fully emptying your abdominal area.

Repeat  3 times, or until you are aware that you feel calm and relaxed.

Now that you’ve completed that breathing exercise, continue reading.

Did you know that the word spirit is derived from the Latin words spiritus and spirare? And did you know that both words mean breath? If we are on the earth at least 80 years, we would have taken about 700,000 breaths. Seven billion people on the planet taking all those breaths, and the air is never scarce.

We breathe that abundant air. That abundant air is in us and that abundant air becomes a part of us.

Said another way, you breathe in abundance and abundance becomes a part of you.

So…

Inhale,  “I breathe in abundance.” Exhale, “I am abundance.”

Inhale,  “I breathe in abundance.” Exhale, “I am abundance.”

Inhale,  “I breathe in abundance.” Exhale, “I am abundance.”
