Your natural senses cannot detect your soul, yet it is.

It exists and is always present, yet it is beyond sight.

It does not die. It was not born. You cannot control it, but you can choose to settle into it. A wise choice.

Your body was formed so the soul’s purpose for being—your purpose for being—can be seen, experienced, lived.

As I read Stephen Mitchell’s translation of the Tao Te Ching daily, I reflect and document my interpretation with the intention of living the Tao.
