The Tao Chapter 42 – My Interpretation

If you choose to live with compassion, honesty, humility and joy, others will do the same. If you model authentic power, others will follow. Living in accordance with the universal laws of life is contagious. You have the power to create a ripple effect.

All good things are created with balanced energy. Both the feminine and the masculine—energy, not people—are needed for harmonious creations.

Use silence as the birthplace of contagious character and harmonious creations. Create ripples.

As I read Stephen Mitchell’s translation of the Tao Te Ching daily, I reflect and document my interpretation with the intention of living the Tao.
